Holistic Physiotherapy

Let’s work together on your overall well-being!

Why choose me as your holistic physiotherapist? Because I provide personalized approach and comprehensive therapy programs to help you achieve complete healing. I believe that healing has multiple dimensions, and that’s why my therapy is more than just a series of treatments. I am committed to providing the optimal solution for each and every one of my patients.

I consider commitment and continuity crucial for the sake of healing. That’s why I recommend visits once or twice a week for continuity and progress. The treatment process consists of two main phases: adaptive and active.

Adaptive phase

During the resting or adaptive phase, we thoroughly review lifestyle and health habits, including your sleeping, eating, and hydration habits. We pay attention to your lymphatic circulation, nervous system, chewing, breathing, and mental health as well. I use manual (hands-on) treatments, which may include fascial therapy, manual therapy elements and deep muscle massage, based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine system. These methods help to release tension and energy blocks in the body and contribute to the relaxation of muscles and tissues, promoting lasting healing. In addition, I use various physiotherapy and other device treatments as needed, such as soft laser (Safe laser), TENS, EMS treatment (with Beurer), Light therapy (Bioptron), cupping, etc.

Active phase

During the active phase, I use “classical” physiotherapy and teach you personalised exercise routines that can be easily integrated into your daily life. I will stay in constant contact with you and guide you along the path to your healing. It is important to me that you are fully involved in your healing process. We’ll work on your grey matter. A good atmosphere is guaranteed.

Physiotherapy Etiquette (Timetable)

  1. Be on time: we respect each other’s time, so it’s important to be on time. Arriving on time will allow us to make full use of the therapy time and work together effectively to help you recover. If you are late by less than 10 minutes, the treatment will be held for a shorter duration, with the full price charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I will have to cancel the treatment, and you will be required to pay the full price. We will then arrange a new appointment for you.
  2. Prepare for treatment: Don’t just arrive for your treatment “in the mood”, but prepare yourself in advance. Think about what important information you want to report to your physiotherapist or what specific questions you have about the previous session. This helps us to work together effectively and purposefully.
  3. Stick to the suggestions and test them: it is important to follow the suggestions you receive and not just try them once, but give yourself time and opportunity to form an overall opinion on them. The therapy process can take longer and it is important to be patient with yourself and the changes.
  4. Treatments: The treatments are individual; group sessions are (for now) not available. Please ensure that no companions remain in the treatment room(s) during the sessions. The first session of all treatments lasts 45 minutes.
  5. Do not attend therapy when you are sick: if you feel sick, unwell, sneezing, coughing or have a fever, it is better to reschedule. While the disease is present, your body focuses on other signals, so therapy would not be effective.
  6. Cancellation: if you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, at least 24 hours before the appointment. Please include your name and the date of the cancelled treatment in the message.
  7. Unannounced appointment: I expect you to show up, and if you don’t report your absence in time, you will take away the opportunity from other people who want to heal, and my time will go unused. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours or less before the treatment, you will be required to pay a 14,000 HUF availability fee for the first session. From the second session, I charge the full price of the treatment. (Hereinafter, the provisions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions shall apply.)
  8. Hygiene: please wash your hands before treatment and visit the toilet if necessary.
  9. Payment: Payment is made in cash or via instant bank transfer.
  10. Useful information: Please silence your mobile phone and refrain from using it during the entire duration of the treatment. Any form of still photography, video recording, or audio recording is strictly prohibited within the premises.
  11. Fair play: Please don’t disappear without a word if you feel like choosing a different direction. If you feel that the current treatment method doesn’t meet your needs or isn’t delivering the expected results, feel free to inform your therapist. It is important that we communicate honestly and find together the best path to your recovery. Thank you!
